Obituary for Gerald "Jerry" Leslie Reynolds, Jr
Gerald L. (Jerry) Reynolds of Ryegate, MT lost his 6 year battle with cancer on May 20, 2016.
He was born March 11, 1958 to Gerald Reynolds, Sr. and Sandra Aldrich Smail in Renton, WA. He lived in Bemidji, Minn. for several years then moved to Roundup, MT in 2005 with his wife and son. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and if anyone asked how he was he always said “living the dream".
He is survived by his wife Mindy Reynolds. He has 3 sons, Gerald Reynolds III, Kalispell MT; Anthony Reynolds( Stacey) Kalispell MT; Derrick Reynolds (Samantha) Lavina MT; 2 step children, Micheal Wellington ( Joni) Ukiah CA; Chelsae Wellington(Ryan) Boonville, CA; and 9 grandchildren. He is also survived by his mother, Sandra Aldrich Smail (Milton) of Bemidji, MN; five sisters, Carolyn McNamara (Jack) of Solway, MN; Linda Fenner of Bemidji, MN; Margaret Collins (Jeff) of Moorehead, MN; Barbara Hughes (Kelvin) of Bemidji, MN; Kara Carpenter (Chris) of Valley City, ND; one brother, John Reynolds of Solway, MN and many nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews. Gerald was preceded in death by his father, aunts, uncles and grandparents. There will be full Military Service at the Yellowstone National Cemetery in Laurel, MT on June 10, 2016 at 1 p.m. A celebration of life will be held on June 11th at the Cozy Corner Bar in Lavina MT and in Bemidji, MN at the Eagles on June 24th at 1pm.
