Obituary for Eugene Earl Steinbrink
On Friday, March 9, 2018 Eugene 'Gene' Earl Steinbrink quietly passed away at home in Roundup, MT the age of 74. Gene was the son of Earl Zundal Steinbrink and Wyoma Margy Steinbrink. He leaves his six children; Cinnimon Glozer, Cayl Steinbrink, Gena Hillhouse, Jubilee Steinbrink, Zeniff Steinbrink and Benita Griffin; and fourteen grandchildren; Shalyn, Ryan, Logan, Ranon, Paithen, Jacob, Connor, Kassidy, Liam, Katrina, Jeremy, Hillary, Brett and Dylan, his sister Suzanne, his aunt Sharon and many cousins.
Gene joined the Marines and served until 1971. He later attended Mesa Community College where he received an associates degree. He studied law and tried his hand at many careers; sheriffs deputy, corrections officer, truck driver, farmer, prospector and armchair stock trader.
He loved The West and moved frequently, always moving on to new adventures. Gene enjoyed spicy food, a good chew, good friends and the company of ladies.
Cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.
